Hazel eyes shone as they met his own, her skin as smooth as polished wood, and upon the morning breeze a voice sang to him with all the joy of the forest...
from Heralf and the Hornbeam This is just a little fairytale that was made up to go with the picture that developed in my newest sketchbook. I have decided to dedicate this book to small stories and make excerpts for them. I am so excited. This turned out well, but the scanner was too small and not the best. Hopefully I can get a better picture up here soon! The tree is a Hornbeam, a lovely shade tree with irregular growth! |
